Below are the rules that apply to all the prize draws that appear on the site. In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual prize draws, this will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.
- QuizRunner.co.uk is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted.
- Winners will be selected at random on the close of the draw and will be notified via email.
- Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before winnings / prizes are dispatched. Winners may be included on the 'Winners page' following receipt of confirmation. Winners of major prizes may be required to supply a photograph for publication and or take part in further promotional activities.
- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
- All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted.
- By submitting information each visitor to QuizRunner agrees to receive offers and such offers will be sent only by QuizRunner, its sponsors or its clients.
- QuizRunner runs in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
- Prizes are as stated but in some circumstances a cash or voucher equivalent will be offered.

QuizRunner is a UK company connecting consumers with information and offers relating to their specific interests. The web site is also a free entry point for some of the most valuable prize draws on the Internet.

This means that when you submit your answers/questionnaire answers you do so on the understanding that you will receive offers (only from QuizRunner, its sponsors or its clients) based on the information you have provided. Your data together with that of other subscribers to QuizRunner may be aggregated at Postcode or other levels for the building of statistical and analytical tables. At no time will your data be individually identifiable in such tables.
4. Deregistration and un-subscribing from emails
You may at any time deregister from QuizRunner emails, this is an option at the bottom of all email correspondence, you can also request this in writing to the address above.
